Throughout his 12 years in campaigns he has gained experience in community engagement, grant writing, management, political fundraising, and political campaign management. He currently attends the University of Louisville as a Political Science major, with a focus on Law and Public Policy. While working in campaigns, Moore was the past President of both the Louisville Young Democrats and the Kentucky Young Democrats. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Young Dems of America Black Caucus. In this role he actively works to provide support for young elected officials and community leaders all over the country. Still he finds time to be both a loving husband to Jasmyne Moore, and an attentive father to Kyler Skinner.

Born in Murfreesboro, TN, Moore has spent most of his life in the Louisville and Southern Indiana area. He attended Jeffersonville High School, where he was the drum major of their band, and editor in chief of their newspaper. In 2021, during his first year as the president of Kentucky Young Democrats, Moore was a part of the host committee for the YDA National Convention in Cincinnati,OH. Here he planned the welcome reception and secured a number of local and nationally renowned speakers. Moore stepped into a different role during the 2023 national convention, since he was elected as the first Vice Chair of the YDA Black Caucus. During this time, the Black Caucus had its most successful fundraising year to date.

Under the leadership of Moore and chair Amber Sherman, the caucus hosted events with Congressman Maxwell Frost and Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, and doubled the amount of scholarships awarded through the Joseph Kitchen Memorial Scholarship Fund.

In 2024, Moore co-founded Moore Strategic Solutions(MSS). His firm is dedicated to breaking barriers for candidates, or organizations, looking to develop meaningful relationships with new communities. It also seeks to partner with young progressive candidates looking to win elections. MSS provides strategic planning, fundraising, data, and field management to candidates and organizations. It also provides program development and grant writing/management for non-profits, political and civic organizations. MSS’s goal is to connect communities to every level of their government.

Moore is dedicated to supporting low income families in crisis through his full time role as Director of Advancement for South Louisville Community Ministries. Here, he is in charge of fundraising and volunteer management for the agency’s senior nutrition, choice pantry, infant supply, medication assistance, utility assistance and Neighbor Network programs. He also serves on board of the ACLU-KY, and Joshua Community Connectors, a non-profit dedicated to reducing recidivism and providing assistance to those re-entering society.

In his free time, Moore enjoys sports, video games and audio production. He occasionally molds these passions together by hosting a podcast with his friends and occasionally producing beats. He and Kyler enjoy playing video games together, and often go on summer road trips where they listen to Bad Bunny and electronic dance music.
